The fastest way to get an accurate price

WhatsApp us a photo. Genuinely — it is the single biggest difference between a quote we can stand behind and a quote with a caveat. A photo of the room, and a close-up of any stain or traffic lane, lets us see the fibre, the soiling level and the size, which is most of what we would otherwise have to ask you about.

If you would rather phone, it helps to have four things to hand: how many rooms, roughly what size, whether there are stairs, and whether there are pets. With those we can give you a fixed figure on the call rather than a range.

What happens after you get in touch

• You get a price, not a site visit. For the large majority of domestic jobs we can quote accurately over the phone or from photos. Commercial work gets a free site survey because floor area and access genuinely change the figure.
• We agree a date and a two-hour arrival window. Not "sometime Tuesday".
• You get a text when we set off, so you are not waiting in all morning.
• We confirm the price before anything is unpacked. If the job is bigger than described, you hear the new number first and decide — no obligation, no charge for our time.
• We walk you round the job before we leave. Anything you are not happy with gets dealt with while the equipment is still in the hall.

How quickly can you come out?

Standard bookings across Glasgow city are usually two to four working days. Mount Florida, Cathcart, Rutherglen and Cambuslang are closest to our base and often same- or next-day. The outlying towns — Kilmarnock, Dumbarton, Kirkintilloch, Wishaw — run on scheduled routes, so a couple of days' notice gets you the slot you want and a same-day request may genuinely not be possible. We will tell you which applies to your postcode on the call rather than take a booking we cannot keep.

We hold slots open each week for two things: fresh spill and stain call-outs, where getting there the same day materially changes what comes out, and end-of-tenancy work, which is almost always urgent.

If you are chasing an existing job

Call or WhatsApp the same number — it reaches the people who did the work, not a call centre. If you are not happy with any area, tell us within 48 hours and we come back and re-clean it free. There is no form to fill in and nobody will ask you to prove anything.
